While we offer a variety of health care services, our NPs focus on either our knee care protocol, designed to target and better serve the specific needs of seniors. Or our fast growing Diabetes and Metabolic Therapies program.

Your Role:
- Administer groundbreaking infusion therapy for patients with Diabetes and Metabolic disorders
- As demand grows, work with an MA to manage multiple patients throughout a 2-4 hour therapy.
- For each new and returning patient, create a one-of-a-kind plan, providing #HealthyMetabolism and/or #HealthyMobility and long term success.
- Use various treatment techniques for patients with knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, or pain in any other joint with innovative procedures like fluoroscopy, and platelet-rich plasma.
- Administer regenerative treatments, durable mechanical equipment, and diagnostic services like X-ray and ultrasound imaging to successfully plan treatments for painful joints
- Work in conjunction with Physical Therapists to help restore our patient’s quality of life.
- Offer patients value-added products and services for #HealthyLiving like nutritional testing, medical assisted weight loss, aesthetics and supplements that can help patients address nutrient deficiencies contributing to chronic pain and other conditions.
- Hormone treatment, weight loss management and other cross-training will be provided as responsibilities evolve.
Your Qualifications
WE ARE FIVE STAR, that is why we require:
- Must be able to effectively operate nursing assessment tools and office equipment to include, computer and or tablet
- General kinesiology or orthopedic background or experience with diabetes patients
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Ability to develop and nurture working relationships with patients, clinical team, and the community.
- Knowledge to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Knowledge of insurance guidelines and coding requirements in order to properly bill and document visits.
Your education/certification:
- Master’s or higher degree in Nursing or related field with primary focus on Nursing (licensed in the state of Colorado)
- Completion of graduate level nurse practitioner education program accredited by a national accrediting body and documentation of certification by a national credentialing body
